If you are not able to complete a transaction on your BuildPay terminal or do not have a BuildPay Terminal you may call a BuildPay representative at (844) 303-5123 and request to make a transaction.
Information you will need on hand:
- Your Merchant name that was entered in the BP system
- Your Merchant Location name that was entered into the BP system
- The Card Number for the Contractor who the sale is for
- The Amount of the sale
When the transaction is complete a receipt must be sent to a BuildPay representative at email@example.com. The transaction can not be approved until the receipt is sent.
