Step 1: Forgot Your Password?
If you’ve forgotten your character sensitive password, you cannot recover it- you must reset it and set a new one. To do this, you must click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the BuildPay login page.
Step 2: Triggering A BuildPay Password Reset Email
The “Forgot Your Password” link leads you to the Forgot Password screen. Enter the email address that you’ve chosen to use with your BuildPay account and click on the “Send Password Reset Link” button.
A small green confirmation notification should appear at the bottom of your screen, indicating that a password reset email from BuildPay will be sent to the email address you’ve provided.
Step 3: Resetting Your Password
Once you receive the email, click on the Reset Password button. Doing so will lead you to the “Reset Password” screen where you must enter a brand new 8 character long password that meets the BuildPay password security guidelines shown in the image below. Once you have chosen a new password, click on the “Update Password” button to complete the job.
You have successfully reset your BuildPay password.
